Practising and qualified teachers

All of our programs are designed by VIT registered teachers who are currently delivering the curriculum in a classroom. Practicing since 2010 in Education, they'll provide you and your child with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in their learning - today and into the future.

The founders of Future Learners Co.

Practising teachers since 2010 in Victorian education, Jess and Stacey founded Future Learners Co. after struggling to find curriculum-aligned support for their own children. Recognising a gap in services that truly reflected the Victorian Curriculum and the latest Science of Learning principles, they created a solution driven by their passion for quality, accessible education led by qualified teachers.

They offer engaging, hands-on programs from Preschool to VCE, developed and delivered by VIT-registered teachers who are active in the classroom. Their team creates a safe, stimulating environment that supports both academic and personal growth. Whether your child is just beginning their learning journey or preparing for VCE, Future Learners Co. is committed to nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and inspiring a lifelong love of learning.

Jess Kostic

With over 16 years of experience as a VIT-registered secondary teacher in English, Literacy, and Media, I am dedicated to helping all students reach their potential through evidence-based, inclusive teaching. My leadership roles—as Middle School Coordinator, Head of English Faculty, and Professional Learning Teams Leader—have involved supporting diverse learners, developing curriculum, and guiding over 150 educators in high-impact strategies. I’ve also tutored high school students, mentored pre-service teachers at Victoria University, and worked with students ranging from elite athletes to those needing tailored support. As a mother of two primary-aged children, I bring personal insight into early education challenges, further enriching my commitment to building students’ confidence, capability, and love of learning.

Stacey Spanos

With 15 years of experience as a secondary school teacher specialising in English, Literature, Humanities, and Literacy up to the VCE level, I am passionate about creating inclusive, engaging learning environments that meet the diverse needs of students. I founded and have led The Active Citizens Program for over a decade, encouraging community engagement and innovative thinking, and have also guided the Student Representative Council. My teaching approach is deeply differentiated, with expertise in designing Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) and supporting both high-achieving students and those with specific learning needs. As a mother of four primary-aged children, I bring a personal understanding of the educational challenges families face today, and I am dedicated to fostering academic, social, and creative growth in every learner.
