1. Booking Process

To book our services, parents or guardians must complete the booking form and provide necessary details, including their child’s name, age, and contact information. Once the booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.

2. Consent to Use Child's Image

When booking, parents/guardians will be asked to provide consent regarding the use of their child’s images for promotional and educational purposes.

 

Consent to Use Image: If you do not consent to your child's image being shared on social media, marketing materials, or our website, please tick the box required on the parent form.

3. Refund Policy

At Future Learners Co., we understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for children and young adults, but we ask for your cooperation in minimising cancellations or rescheduling as class numbers are vital to providing quality learning. To ensure the best experience for all students, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If this notice is provided, you will be entitled to one make-up session, subject to availability. However, if less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session will be forfeited, and no make-up class will be offered. Please note that a maximum of two make-up sessions are allowed per school term, and these must be scheduled within the same term as the missed session. We kindly ask that you plan ahead and only cancel or reschedule when absolutely necessary, as it helps us maintain the quality and availability of our services. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
By completing the booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

4. Terms and Conditions

By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Service Delivery: We will provide the services as described in the booking confirmation. If any issues arise with the service, we will attempt to resolve them as quickly as possible.

  • Health and Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is fit to participate in the service. If your child has any special requirements, please notify us in advance.

5. Changes to Booking Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians and posted on our website.
